ArborThis is our main information platform. When you enrol into our school, you will be asked to log in to Arbor. This is our primary system for contacting parents, making payments, clubs & trips and communication. It is vital that at least 1 parent is logged in to Arbor. Emails / in app messages come through this system.
SeesawThrough this app, we share photos of class activities and information about upcoming events. It’s an excellent way to keep parents informed about their child’s activities.
We will also be setting homework on Seesaw. There will be no paper planners or homework books, which regularly get forgotten or lost. Everything will be recorded on Seesaw.
According to our records, EVERY child has a parent connected on Seesaw. If you can’t access your account (downloading the app is the easiest way to keep up with the information shared on there), please contact us on 01743 875020 or email
[email protected]If you need assistance in connecting another parent to your child’s account, please let us know this too, and we can help.
WebsiteLots of useful information is posted on the school website including letters/emails, latest news stories, exam information, event details, term dates, Parents’ Evening dates etc. Please check the website regularly for updates and information. Paper copies of all information on the site are available and will be given free of charge.
Phone/TextIn certain circumstances, we may contact you via phone/text (where a mobile number is provided) / In app messaging through Arbor
